Raquel García Navarro was born on October 19, 1928 in Elk Grove, CA. Her parents were Manuel and Maria García. She was raised in Lincoln Heights. She was married to Albert Navarro Sr. for 67 years beginning on July 4, 1948. She entered into eternal rest on July 7, 2018 in Whittier, CA at the age of 89.
Raquel was a elementary school teacher, educating our youth for over 30 years. She lived in her beloved house in Montebello, CA for 57 years.
She was a lover of dogs and crafts, and had a gift for oil painting.
Raquel is survived by her loving family: her son, Albert Navarro Jr. (Carolyn), her daughter, Raquel Pineira (Ron), and her two grandchildren, Danielle & Brandon.
She was greeted at Heaven's Gate by her loving husband Albert Sr. and her grandchild Vanessa. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her
