Raquel is survived by her loving family: Children, Christina (Joel) Rivera of West Covina, Ca., Raquel Franco of Los Angeles, Ca., Carlos A. Velazquez of of Los Angeles, Ca., Lucia (Ismael) Rueda of Los Angeles, Ca., 9 Grandchildren, Siblings, Susana Basulto, Berta Garcia, Carlos Zaldivar, Antonio Zaldivar, Julia Zaldivar all residing in Mexico, along with other family and friends who will miss her dearly.
Raquel was greeted at the gates of Heaven by her husband, Eleuterio Velazquez, great grandson, Tristan Rivera, and sisters, Mercedes Luna and Luz Bezerril, who all preceded her in death.
