Raul is survived by his parents Emilio & Margarita Rincon, his brother Richard V. Rincon, and sister Jacqueline Rincon (Gregory) Webb. he also leaves behind his nieces and nephews: Destiny Marie Rincon Webb, Desiree Angelique Rincon Webb, Dominique Joyce Rincon Webb, Amanda, Julian Ricnon, Faith Rincon, Skye Rincon and great-nephew Kalyb. Raul was greeted at Heaven's Gate by his loving brother Emilio who preceded him in death one year earlier.
