Raymond Adame Jaso, 81, was born on November 23, 1931 in El Monte, California and entered into eternal rest on October 5, 2013 in South El Monte, California.
Raymond was a proud member of La Historica Society of El Monte where they held monthly meetings and always attended them with pride. He served his country in the Army Airborne during the Korean War and was Honorably Discharged.
Raymond loved being with his family, enjoying great food and listening to Mariachi music. He enjoyed the holidays when they gathered together to make tamales. He will always be remembered as a hard working man, loving husband, father and grandfather and loyal friend. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2013 from 11-3:00pm in the Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel with the Vigil service beginning at 12:00pm. Military burial will be held on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 10:00am at Rose Hills Memorial Park 3888 Workman Mill Rd.,Whittier, CA 90601
Raymond is survived by his loving children; Raymond Jaso Jr., Richard Jaso, Rose Jaso, Ruben Jaso, Robert Jaso and Ruth Jaso Escalera. He also leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren Mr. Jaso was also greeted at heaven's gate by is loving wife Carmen Jaso and daughter Rachel Jaso Morales who preceded him in death.
