Raymond Joseph Meunier

Raymond Meunier, 96, a long time resident of Southern California, was born on July 8, 1911 in Winooski, Vermont and passed away on March 26, 2008 in Whittier, California.
Raymond was with the Whittier School District for over twenty years. He enjoyed going to Las Vegas to play the slot machines, but his real love, while there, was visiting with his family. He will be dearly missed by everyone that knew him.
Raymond is survived by his loving family, sons, Rodney Meunier of Whittier, California, Wayne Meunier of Norwalk, California, three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Doris in 1993 and son, Raymond Meunier in 1992.
Visitation and vigil will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at Risher Mortuary Chapel. The Visitaion will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and the vigil will be at 7:00 pm.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at Resurrection Cemetery, Montebello, California.
