Ricardo is survived by his loving mother, Floriberta Cortez of Bell, California, father, Martin Cortez of Mexico, sisters, Blanca Achtmann of Bell Gardens, California, Leticia Campos of Bell, California, and brother, Daniel Cortez of Bell, California.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel, with the funeral service starting at 4:30 pm.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, May 19, 2008 at Evergreen Cemetery, 204 North Evergreen Ave., Los Angeles, California 90033.
