A celebration of Richard's life will be held Saturday, April 12, 2014, at 11 a.m. at the Florrence Avenue Foursquare Church, 11457 E. Florence Avenue, Santa Fe Springs, California. Richard is survived by his children Christine, Valerie, and Richard, Jr. and seven grandchildren.
