Richard is survived by his loving family, Romona, and his loving children, George Finne, Richard Jr., Annette, Jeannette, Anthony, Crystal, Little Robert Jr. and Jessica, also his beloved grandchildren, Unique, Memorie, George Jr., Jesse, Andy, Anthony, Clarissa, Alexis, Jaylene, Sebastian, Breanna, Janelle, Aliyah, Kayla and Jacob.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, February 4, 2009, at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with Pastor Chris Vargas directing the prayer service at 7:00 pm. Services conclude at the Mortuary.
