Richard Santoya was born on April 27, 1929 to Cipreano and Angie Santoya in Orange County, California and entered into eternal rest on September 23, 2016 in Montebello, California. He was 87 years old. Richard was employed as a Freight Line Truck Driver for over 18 years. He was a proud member of the American Legion of Montebello.
Richard is survived by his life companion Margarita Hernandez of Montebello, California.
