Rigoberto is survived by his loving family: Wife, Ana Milagro Romero, Sons, Nelson Palacios and Robert Lizama, Daughters, Carolina Lizama, Yaneth Romero Czech, Mayra Romero Gonzalez, and Ana Milagro Romero, and 11 grandchildren. Rigoberto will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
