Mr. Robert C. Montes, 82, was born on June 7, 1931 in Mexico and passed away on August 26, 2013 in Los Angeles, California.
Robert lived in Los Angeles over 65 years and was a Foreman in Construction for over 50 years.
A Visitation Service was held on Monday, September 2, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel.
Mr. Montes leaves behind his loving family: life-long companion Victoria Lopez, sons Robert Montes of El Monte, Danny Montes of Montebello, daughters Elizabeth (Juan) Guzman, and Diana (Chris) Meiche both of Montebello, brothers Juan Montes of Mexico, Gil Montes of East Los Angeles, sisters Irene Montes of Whittier, and Felicitas Montes of Mexicali. Mr. Montes is also mourned by his 33 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
