Rodrigo Chacon

Rodrigo Chacon, 67, entered into eternal rest on January 19, 2012 surrounded by family and friends.
Rodrigo was born October 31, 1944 in Chihuahua, Mexico. The son of late Rodolfo and Rosenda Chacon. He was the brother of late Ramon, Ramiro, Rogelio, Rigoberto 'Beto', Rodolfo and is survived by Ruben and his sisters Evangelina and Romelia.
He was employed by Department of Water & Power - City of Los Angeles as a Transportation Technician for 23 years, retiring in 2003.
He met his second wife Imelda in 1982 and married in 1991, who survives. He loved being with his family and enjoyed traveling with them. His was lovingly nicknamed "Pacho" by his grandchildren.
Rodrigo is survived by his daughter, Rosenda and his son, Cesar; Step-daughters Annette(Roland) Tijerina and Monica Couder; Step-sons Armando (Angela) Haros and Phillip (Elaine)Haros; grandchildren Alanna, Brandon, Amber, Joshua, Dillon and Marisa; and great-grandsonAlex. He was a loving grandfather.
Nacho will be dearly missed by everyone who's life he touched.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2012 from 5-9:00 p.m.
Vigil starting at 7pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel 1316 W. Whittier Blvd., Montebello, CA 90640.
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 9 am at
St. Benedicts Catholic Church 1022 W. Cleveland Ave, Montebello, CA 90640.
Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery 966 N. Potrero Grande Dr., Montebello, CA 90640
