Rosa Maria is survived by her loving children, her daughter, Teresa Mancillas (and her husband, Carlos) of Las Vegas, NV, her daughter, Rosemary Mancillas (and her husband, Hector) of Las Vegas, NV, her son, Fernando Mancillas (and his wife, Viviana) of Las Vegas, NV, her son, Ricardo Bandt of Cudahy, CA, and her daughter, Citlaly Bandt of Cudahy, CA, as well as a legacy of 7 grandchildren. Rosa leaves behind her brothers, Ricardo Moran of Montebello, CA, Hugo Moran of Pico Rivera, CA, David Moran of Huntington Park, CA, and Juan Moran of Santa Fe Springs, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Rosa will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
