Rosa Elena Rodas, 71, was born in Mexico on December 3, 1939 and passed away in Ontario on September 14, 2011.
Mrs. Rodas took pride in being a homemaker for 53 years. She loved to dance and sing, enjoyed going to the casino and cooking and entertaining for people. She loved to have family over to cook for them, though also loved good food and going out to eat. She was always the life of the party. She looked forward to her weekly dinner with her son, Neto. Most importantly, she adored her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, Sepember 17, 2011 at 10:00 am at the Risher Montebello Mortuary chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am with interment following at Resurrection Cemetery.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ramon Rodas of Ontario, her children, Elizabeth Barron of Fontana, Cesar Rocha of Ontario, Ruth Rocha of Pomona, Rosie Alvarez of Rancho Cucamonga, her step daughter, Lupe Calderon and is predeceased by her children, Ernesto, Ramiro, Jerry and Ruben Rocha. She also leaves 22 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and her siblings, Ruben Camacho and Rafaela Camacho, both of Mexico and Carlos Camacho of Ca.
