Rose is survived by her soul mate, Richard Montes, and children: Tony Fonseca of Whittier; Bobby Sanchez of Hacienda Heights; David Sanchez of Rialto; Rose Plata of Downey; Sal Villa of San Bernardino; Lily Villa of Montclar; and Anita Villa of Whittier. Rose was a loving grandmother, and was blessed to be a great great grandmother.
