Ruben Muro Garcia, 88 was born on January 13, 1935, in Los Angeles, California to Dolores Muro and Manuel Garcia and entered into eternal rest on September 20, 2023, in Montebello, California.
Ruben proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged for his service to our great nation. He also dedicated over 38 years of his life while employed as a supervisor with Sears and Roebuck
Ruben was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather who provided for his family and was married to his lovely wife Teresa for 65 years. Ruben is survived by his loving family: Wife, Teresa (Carretero) Garcia, Michele Saldaña (Ron), Terrie-Ann Llanes (Frank), Leonard Garcia (Betty), Randolph Garcia (Tracy), and Yvonne Apodaca (Danny), eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Ruben was an avid sports fan who enjoyed attending family, college, and professional sporting events. His favorite teams were the UCLA Bruins, Los Angeles Angels, and Los Angeles Chargers.
Ruben will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
