Ruben is survived by his wife Isabel J. Garcia of West Covina, his daughters; Dianne (Brian) Stevens, Barbara (John) Molina and his daughter-in-law Cindi Garcia. He also leaves behind his grandchildren; Michael Garcia, Vanessa (Eddie) Carrillo, Danielle Gonzalez, Nicole Garcia, Jennifer Garcia as well as his great-grandchildren; Michael Garcia, Anthony Carillo, Alyssa Gonzalez and Jacob Carillo.
