Rudy is survived by his son, Vincent Garcia, his parents, Victor and Sandra, and his siblings, Victor Garcia, Jr, Desiree Garcia, Gilbert Garcia, Vincent Garcia, Angel Doreen Moran, and Tommy Garcia. He is also survived by his grandfather, Tom Garcia, his grandmother, Mary Garcia, his aunts, Betty Garcia and Debra Cisneros, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
