Ruth Kerr, 88, was born on October 20, 1919 in Jenners, Pennsylvania and passed away on June 3, 2008,at her home in Montebello, California.
Ruth is survived by her loving husband, Eugene Kerr, daughters, Linda DuBois, sons, Richard Thomas, Eugene Thomas, Eugene Kerr II, thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California.
Funeral services will be on Friday, June 6, 2008, at 11:00 am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 2009 South Garfield Ave., Monterey Park, California, 91754, interment will be at St. James Cemetery in Jenner Township, Pennsylvania.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at 17872 North Mitchell Ave. Suite #100, Irvine, California 92614.
