Samir was a deeply religious man who was very devoted to his family especially his only child John. He loved to laugh, travel and share stories of his life growing up in Egypt. He was a proud member of the County Fire Department where he served as supervising hazardous material specialist for over 25 years. He was loved and admired by his colleagues who he considered family. Samir was an incredibly honorable man who had amazing effect on all who knew him.
Samir leaves behind his loving family: Wife, Nadia Attia of Arcadia, California, Son, John Ibrahim (Stacia) of Arcadia, California, Grandson, Dylan Ibrahim of Arcadia, California, Granddaughter, Kayla Ibrahim or Arcadia, California, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as several other family members and friends who loved him and will miss him dearly.
