Samuel Charles Harutunian, 61, was born in Los Angeles, CA. on January 29, 1953 and passed away on May 2, 2014. Sam graduated from USC in 1974 and was a self-employed Certified Public Accountant and Financial Consultant for 40 years. His business was Southern California Financial Services.
A Prayer Service will be held on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 7:00pm at Holy Cross Armenian Apostolic Cathedral and the Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 11:00am also at the church. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, followed by a Memorial Luncheon at Bagramian Hall.
Sam is survived by his aunt, Mary Arzoian of Whittier, his sisters, Barbara Harutunian and Patricia Ann Harutunian, both of Los Angeles, his brother, John (Rose) Harutunian of Rowland Heights, his nephew, Samuel J. Harutunian of Rowland Heights and numerous cousins and extended family. Samuel is predeceased by his brother, Harry Sam Harutunian and his parents, Sam & Agnes Harutunian.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Holy Cross Armenian Apostolic Cathedral, City of Hope or the charity of your choice.
