Sirap Dergarabedian, 92, was born in Turkey on September 14, 1918 and passed away on May 28, 2011 in Whittier, California.
Sirap is survived by his loving wife Eva Dergarabedian of Montebello, son, Robert Newman of Glendale, daughters; Claire Repajic of Montebello and Tina Lowe of Pasadena, brothers; Nshan Dergarabedian of Alhambra and Gulizar Ustayan of Montebello. He also leaves five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5-9:00pm on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Risher Montebello Chapel with the Prayer Service beginning at 7:30pm. Interment will be private.
