Tadao is survived by his loving wife, Alice Okubo of Westminster, California, daughter, Tracey Okubo of Walnut, California, son, Todd Okubo of Diamond Bar, California, and brother, Shigero Okubo of Hawaii.
Visitation and the funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel. The Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with the funeral service at 6:00 pm. Services will conclude at the Mortuary.
