Teresa Rivera, 66, was a long time resident of Southern, California, was born in Los Angeles, California on May 6, 1941, and passed away in the City of Industry on October 29, 2007.
Teresa was a volunteer at all of the Children's schools, from kindergarten through and including high school, she enjoyed sewing, but most of all she loved to help others.
Teresa is survived by her loving family, daughters, Suzie Trejo of Los Angeles, California, Lorraine Rodriguez of Bell Gardens, California, sons, David Rivera of Los Angeles, California, Danny Rivera of Compton, California, sisters, Cruz Figueroa of Murrieta, California, Dolores Bracamontes of Los Angeles, California, brother, Louie De La Rosa of Murrieta, California, six Grandchildren and three Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 5, 1007 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
The vigil will be held on Monday, November 5, 2007 at 7:00 pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
The funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 9:00 am at the Resurrection Church, 3324 East Opal Street, Los Angeles, California 90023 - (323) 268-1141, with interment following at Calvary Cemetery, Los Angeles, California.
