Tommy "Chacho" Steven Chavez was born to Thomas and Cathy (Sandoval) Chavez on November 14, 1973 in Norwalk, California and entered into eternal rest on October 23, 2016 in Tennessee. He was 42 years old.
Chacho is survived by his three children; daughter Jazmyn Ceballos, son (Lil) Tommy Chavez and son Dominic Chavez. Chacho was greeted at heaven's gate by his loving Father Tom and all other family members who preceded him in death. Chacho will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
