Vera T. Samarin, 88, was born in Los Angeles, California on October 7, 1921 and passed away in Hacienda Hgts on September 15, 2010.
Vera is survived by her loving daughter Ellen (Jack Jr.) Volkov of Hacienda Hgts, California. She also leaves eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Immediate family gathering will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, September 20, 2010 at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello California with the Dressing Prayer beginning at 3:00pm.
Visitation will begin at 4:00pm on Monday, September 20, 2010 at Milikoy Church in Whittier, California.
Funeral service will begin at 10:00am on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at the Russian Molokan Cemetery in Commerce, California, directly from Milikoy Church.
