A long time resident of Southern California, Vera Tickenoff, 89, died on Monday, November 13, 2006, at Manor Care Health Center, Fountain Valley, California.
Vera was born on February 24, 1917 in Arizona. She is survived by four daughters, Carol Harper, Nina Goudy, Marianne Samarin, Kathy Vierck, one son, Michael Tickenoff, one brother, John Volkoff, 27 Grandchildren and 25 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 17, 2006 at 2:30 pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel, Montebello, California, Prayer Service will be held on Friday, November 17, 2006 at 3:00 pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel, Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2006 at 10:00 am at the Cemetery Chapel, Commerce, California.
