Virginia Lucille Vaughn, 80, was born on February 19, 1940 in Long Beach, California to Betty Awilda Ross and Herbert William Johnson. Virginia entered into eternal rest on August 19, 2023 in Huntington Beach, California.
Ginny was so loved by her devoted husband, Gwyn Vaughn of 63+ years and by her children, Sheri Leming and Paul Vaughn. She was precious to everyone who met her through her gracious spirit and wonderful sense of humor. She was an incredibly talented pianist. She used her amazing gift by playing in church most of her life, and she even wrote a piano course that is used in university. She has traveled all over the world with her husband, Pastor Vaughn to minister in various countries.
Virginia is survived by her loving family: Husband, Gwyn D. Vaughn, Daughter, Sheri Leming (Gary), Son, Paul Vaughn, Granddaughter, Lauren Mintz (Luke), Grandson, Tyler Leming, Great-granddaughter, Eva Mintz, Great-grandson, James Mintz, Sister, Connie Johnson, and 3 Nephews. Virginia will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Our grief is great, but our gratitude for having been blessed byher life is greater.
