Virginia Solano Preciado

Virginia Solano Preciado, 77, was born in Mexico on April 10, 1934 and passed away in So. El Monte on March 23, 2012.
Virginia was previously employed with Zacky Farms as a Lead Worker for 15 years. Her children say that she was a great mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a very loving, and carring person to all who crossed her path. Her favorite all time activity was visiting Las Vegas Casinos, Pala, Morongo, and San Manuel. She believed that if you play long enough on a machine you will win, because you would warm it up, and she was right. Every time she visited a casino, she returned with extra cash. Virginia also enjoyed visiting the park, and taking a long walks with her children, and grandchildren. The birds brought joy to her heart, and the walk gave her energy to keep going. There was a time when she enjoyed playing tennis.
Virginia had a very strong spiritual side that kept her strong when all else failed, and she trusted that God's will was the best and not to argue with Him because you would never win. That spiritual side came with lots of faith. She never failed to be thankful for everything, and put all her joys and worries in the Lord's hands. Being spiritual made her very understanding, and a blessing to all those whose lives she touched.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 26, 2012 from 4-8:00pm in the Risher Montebello Mortuary chapel with a Vigil service the same evening. The time is currently pending. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 10:00am at Epiphany Church with interment following at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
She is survived by her daughter, Margarita Medrano of San Diego, her sons, Alfredo Morales of San Jacinto and Luis Trujillo of Fontana, and her daughters, Guadalupe Trujillo of El Monte, Maria Rodriguez Trujillo of So. El Monte and Ramona Munoz Preciado of Rialto. She also leaves 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and her sister, Guadalupe Solano of Mexico.
