Vladeta is survived by his loving wife, Vida Jakovljevic, daughters, Marjorie Schroeder, Ljiljann Jakovljevic, son, Dragan Jakovljevic, and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, December 19, 2008 at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with prayer service at 7:00 pm.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 20, 2008, at Old St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church at 4355 2nd Street, Los Angeles, California, with interment following at Serbian United Cemetery in Los Angeles, California.
