William is survived by his loving sister Stella Kotarski and long time friends Aida Guerra and Jovan Garcia.
Immediate family gathering will be held at 3pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello on Friday, February 4, 2011 with the Dressing Prayer starting at 4pm.
Funeral service will be held at 10am on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at the Russian Molokan Cemetery 7201 E. Slauson Ave.,Commerce, CA 90040 directly from Risher Motuary Chapel.
